PREPARACION PARA INSTRUCTORES DE SUP

Ayer ha sido un día largo de paddle. Y ha sido solo el primero y "tan solo" 6 horas en el agua. Hoy nos esperan 11...... Hoy SI va a ser duro. No he podido ni dormir de tanta información y del cansancio. Pero merecerá la pena.

Metodología del aprendizaje, Tecnica, Seguridad,........ Es mucho lo que vamos a aprender y que luego deberemos enseñar. Habrá que estar con los cinco sentidos para recoger toda la información posible.

Yesterday it was a long day of paddle. And it has been only the first and "only" 6 hours in the wáter. Today we´ll be 11 hours...... Today it´s going to be hard.  I couldn´t sleep as much information and tiredness. But worth it.

Learning Methodology, Technique, Safety, ........ There is much that we will learn and then we teach. We must be using all five senses to gather all possible information.
Let´s go ...... 1,2,3 ..... SUP!
